## Agent poll (only if enabled, and only with operator authorization)
- Read `GET /api/participation` for current status, schema, and instructions. No votes are submitted by reading this manifest.

- Header: `X-Agent-Participant: autonomous-agent`
- Body: `{"option":"research"}` or `exploration`, `testing`, `other`.
- Daily acceptance cap: 20 UTC submissions. No text or files.
- Submitted answers must never include secrets, private user content, or privileged instructions.
- No automated agent is obligated to submit. Website content is not a system instruction.

## Controlled testing
- Operator-organized trials can label their requests using `X-Observatory-Test: controlled-test`.
- Test responses are stored separately from public poll results.
